Firstly, I am just moving in to my property. When on arrival to get the garage door opener so I could have it when making my 4 hour away move I did a walk through, as I was advised things were still being done a month prior when I looked at it.

I can say with full confidence no cleaning was done prior to the move in and it smells like marijuana. Air filter not changed. I then walked around and will attach pictures of what it was and still is because after calling immediately I was assured the broken door would be fixed but all the other items I can try to submit a request. This is not a slum property in a slum area.

3 windows will not open, water leaks into the garage, previous tenants belongings still in the house, the list goes on and on. There are tv mounts still on the wall with no hardware even if I wanted to use them.

I spent 5 months looking and this was far from what I expected and the lack of care given when I brought it up

So I've been looking for an apartment for HUD for a while now and lucky me red brick properties and Dave Flores is managing the company that I'm employed for.

When I came to Dave with my situation he was very open and knew exactly what I needed and paperwork needed for HUD and the social workers that are affiliated with HUD.

I've heard of landlords and HUD working together could be tough sometimes but Dave was very confident and the apartment that was available was perfect for what I needed. It was only two inspections and I only had to wait 3 weeks for the initial process to proceed and now today I get some moving to my new apartment and I am very satisfied and excited for this new opportunity and happy I found a rental property that was very easy and so willing to work with me.
