Cindi is absolutely the most efficient and proficient Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. She really cares about her clients and will go the extra mile to make sure you are treated fairly and that your're completely satisfied with the home you purchase or sell. Cindi deserves the highest praise as a real estate agent. She is highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable, and takes you under her wing as if she's known you for years. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we came into the process with endless questions. Cindi was always quick to give us an answer (even while she was away on vacation), and was very timely in scheduling showings for us (this is invaluable in the Flagstaff market), submitting our offer, and preparing paperwork for us. She takes care of all the most difficult parts of the process, doesn't let any stone go unturned, gives you reminders when needed, and does not stop until you're happy! Our home presented a difficult case with deed restrictions, and Cindi took the time to go straight to the county to get answers when we couldn't find them. I just can't giver her enough praise. She truly was our advocate during the home-buying process, and works efficiently under the many deadlines that are presented during escrow. We worked with Cindi and her team to sell our home in Flagstaff. She is extremely knowledgable of the Flagstaff real estate market. The thing I appreciate the most was that she was so accommodating and easy to work with during the process which was so important since we did not actually live in Flagstaff. I will also say that she was beyond responsive...returning calls within a matter of minutes or talking with us late at night to accommodate our schedules. Cindi is the best realtor I have ever used and will use her for all my real estate needs in the future in Northern Arizona. She was very quick to respond from day 1 and was eager to help with any questions or concerns in the entire home buying process. She is very knowledgeable about the areas that she covers and doesn't waste your time with showing you properties that don't meet your criteria. She is friendly and fun to be around which is nice during the home buying process as it can be stressful at times. When it comes to the business part, she gets you what you want and is very good at the negotiation processes throughout so you feel that you got the best deal possible. I have contacted other realtors I found online and after the original response it takes forever for them to get back to you, if they do at all.
