My grandma and I have been living here for the past two years and we have loved it! The office management is very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Any time we've needed them they have responded and acted within a timely manner, and worked with our schedule. The apartments are very nice and comfortable, spacious for two people, and provide a beautiful view of the sunsets! The community is kind and we haven't had issues with rude neighbors. While parking on a hill may seem like a problem, the Fairmont development does a great job at plowing the hill and salting each of the apartment buildings to help ensure the safety of the community. I would recommend living here if you are looking for a convenient location off of the interstate, peaceful living, and affordable pricing between the Bridgeport and Morgantown areas.

These apartments have been nothing but good to us. Jackie is a fantastic landlord and Shelby is there also to answer any questions. They've always been attentive to our questions and are always checking in with us to be sure that we are satisfied. We love them!

I stay here currently. The property management are very friendly and social. Maintenance is fast to get onto any issues at least in my experience, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Haven’t had any bad experiences at all with these apartments and I recommend them to everyone I know.
