Good service, and help with getting the correct parts, however any way possible I would purchase parts and supplies elsewhere. A replacement seat for our 20yr old tractor was quoted at $3000 dollars, two oil filters were $60, and one gallon of oil or Trans fluid is approximately $30 per. Nice people, nice equipment, good service, but they are definitely getting premium + in payment.

Great service from start to finish. Each person was friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Free delivery to site, and showed us how to operate each component. We bought a used tractor, and it arrived in like-new condition, clean, oiled and ready to use. Highly recommend.

Took a machine in for work. It run well but only a few minutes till it coded out and hit limp mode. Took it in they said it had a campaign and they would put that in free. They called back and said sensor was bad and they could fix it for $1800 so said ok do it. I got the machine back and run it appropriately 5 minutes and wouldn't even start so took it back now they want $16 thousand to fix it said everything was complete stopped up. Don't this sound weird

Great people! Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first brand new tractor! Can honestly say we've never met a more humble and nice sales manager as Paul at state equipment in beaver! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade or to just get a new tractor like we did!!

Tim from Cross Lanes State Equpment parts department went above and beyond what was expected of him to find the parts that I needed for the engine I was working on and then called a couple days later to follow up with me to make sure I was taking care of.. this is first class customer service..Thank You for your assistance

Hate to leave a bad review but made two wasted trips just to pick up a battery for my kubota. I live 1 hr away. First trip they promised to have the exact battery and when I arrived to get it they didn’t have it. Second time I was a few minutes late picking it up so the salesman didn’t seem to care to try to sell me the battery so finally I had to make a third trip. I tried calling to let them know I was on my way and no one would answer. So that’s 3 trips that should have been one.

Another time they put a new gas cap on my kubota without my permission.

I think when you spend as much on a premium product like kubota that state equipment would care more about their customers.

I get much better service at my local John Deere dealership.

Friendly. Not my normal Kubota dealer as I am from another state but my father bought his tractor here. Just happened to need some Kubota Hydraulic oil so hey.... why not tote it for a 5 hour trip? Hope to stop in again when I have more time and walk the lot.
