We had been trying to buy a property for almost 2 months, we would call the broker, Charles Eller, left multiple voice mails, even spoke to his wife who informed me he doesn't even show homes on weekends, only 3 days a week becausehe goes to his camp on weekends. Finally about 2 weeks later, I get a return call, NOT TO SEE THE HOUSE, but for him to tell me there's no way he could show me the property for another week, he would call us back. Never heard back from him. Got in touch with I'm assuming his assistant Kim, another realtor, got an appointment with her to show us the property, only to get a text message the morning of canceling on us again. Four days later, I sent her another message asking when we could reschedule our appointment, we were ready to make a cash offer on the property. She never rescheduled, told me to call her boss back. The next morning, he sends my husband a message saying the house was pending sale. No apologies on the way we were treated. No explanation on how someone else got to see and bid on the property when we had been trying to see it and bid on it for two months. I feel like we were treated very poorly by this Remax group, probably because we don't live in a big city and they consider us rural folks as country hillbillies, which is a huge insult! Good luck to anyone who deals with him. This is my first bad review ever. And I'm ashamed for having to do it.

The guidance I received through the entire home selling and buying experience was fantastic. They do a great job listening to their clients.

It was nice to be heard. It made me feel like my needs mattered when I realized they were actually making sure I was taken care of.. This meant more than any amount of money.
