My wife and I just finished our beautiful cape farmhouse from Silverpoint. From day one, Silverpoint was informative, punctual, professional and personable. We had the pleasure of working with Dougal Smith. He is the man to talk to and we highly recommend him! He was very helpful every step of the way. When trying to making a sale, they are great. When it comes to getting repairs completd due to their negligence, they are very unprofessional. They don’t return calls or emails. If they do, they do not show up as promised. Our home was built almost 3 years ago and we have been trying to get them to come out to fix things properly for 2 years. These are major errors that should have never been caused because they are the most imperative part of building these homes. The same people that built the house were sent back to “fix” problems but they were never fixed and when the office was contacted again about it, there is always an excuse. The Integrity of our home continues to be affected due to the problems they will not even come out to evaluate to repair properly. I am including just a couple photos of just one of their “repairs” to their negligence. One of the jobs they did was completely unleveled and crooked. They removed the base boards to fix it, breaking the boards, and telling us that the boards are discontinued or something and he would have to let the office know and someone would contact us. This is how it was left and we cannot get anyone to come back to fix it.

From the first day we met Gary to the day we got the keys to our house, Silverpoint has been great. Gary Perdue helped us through all the paperwork and was amazing. Jeff and Jason was extraordinary with all the service and construction needs. I want to give a big thanks to all involved ( delivery people, crane crew and the ones that put the house together). It was amazing to watch all involved and how well and quickly it went together. I can’t forget Joel and his crew for my front porch. I love it and enjoy the porch daily. Gary - you’re awesome and thank you very much. Silverpoint takes pride in their homes. Highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for their forever home.

We just finished our building process through Silverpoint homes, Beckley, WV. The first face we came across was Gary Perdue. Gary guided us through the process from start to finish, and was always available when we needed anything! Gary was the first person to help plan our ideas and personalize what we needed for our family. I felt like we had so many options to choose from to make our house feel like home. Our house was delivered quicker than we expected. Once, our home was delivered, within the week was under roof. Every single person we came into contact with during this process went out of their way to help and guide us through the building process. Jeff and Jason were always in site, and ready to work, and organize and answer any questions. Silverpoint, along with Gary, and the entire staff made our experience so smooth. Every road bump we thought would maybe be an obstacle they helped smooth out. Any paperwork the bank, county or inspectors needed, it was sent the same day! Silverpoint was always two steps ahead! Customer service has been exceptional! No excuses and always a solution! Silverpoint along with Gary helped us build our dream home!!! We have a very high quality home for a reasonable price that we are so proud of!

I love my Silverpoint home! Dougal was very patient with me as I selected my home and finishes. It took a little longer than expected (9 months from time of order to move in) but there were obstacles to overcome to prep my build site and heroic feats to get my house up to the site. Jeff, Jason and crew persevered and everything came together beautifully. Thanks Silverpoint!

WE LOVE our Silverpoint Home and as our sixth home ( and our retirement home) we can appreciate the customization available to make the kitchen, master bath, and laundry room our own. Not only do we like the craftsmanship and quality of the home but the silverpoint employees who completed the onsite work were top notch. They worked diligently and with great skill. They did not leave a mess during the construction process. Building a new home is never easy but the Silverpoint sales staff and employees made this an enjoyable and exciting process. We ordered our home in early July. the three "boxes" arrived in September, the crane placed them on September 7 and we moved in on Oct 17. You could never do this with a stick built home and it was constructed inside, out of the weather. Please enjoy the pictures.

We cannot recommend Silverpoint Homes enough! We spent a good while doing our homework before deciding who we would use to build our new home. Since stick built was out of our price range, we knew we would have to go with a modular build. After hearing horror stories about many large chain companies from many friends and family, we knew we would have to choose wisely. Silverpoint has not disappointed us. Our first visit to the Beckley site was in the evening, and the big boss didn’t hesitate to show us around and take the time to make sure all our questions were answered. Our next visit, we met with Gary Perdue, and he was the same way. It for sure was a learning process for us as to how to navigate through everything, but Silverpoint has bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the final product. I firmly believe that you will be happy with your house if you buy it from Silverpoint. Be sure to ask for Gary and tell them I sent you!
