They bait you with low rent for first year then raise it very high on you. If you have kids go somewhere else they have too many old people living there that have nothing better to do then complain about your kids. Maintenance good luck there if they have a guy available he only works on Wednesday and Thursday and someone over 18 has to be home or they will not show up. The building Manager is only in on Wednesday and Thursday also so good luck there. They show exterme favorrism like all dogs have to be on a leash not if you know someone there and no fence around your back cement slab nope not isf youve been there when they made the place and your on hud. So unless you are on HUD STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELESE!!!! Hey an update they also decide with no contact to trow over $2000 in collections on my credit report. So again DON'T RENT FEOM RESERVE AT OAK SPRINGS

Jason Chapman our new service tech is FABULOUS. I called this morning regarding a water leak and within minutes he arrived and fixed the problem completely … even leaving to get parts and materials needed to finish the project! We are so lucky to have him! Thank you Jason!

I love where I live! Marcie is an exceptional manager! She is on top of everything and actually knows what she is doing! The apartments are very nice and sitting outside is so peaceful! This place is wonderful for my family. We get so much for our money! I could go on and on! I love my home!

Most absurd place on earth , the lady found some bogus reason to hand my application back refused to accept. Would not recommend to a dead dog much less a human being.

Nice, affordable housing, property kept up nicely. Management is prompt in responding to calls left while out of office. Great place to live.

In desperate need of a dumpster at the upper section, it's insane to put all the garbage in your car and haul it to the bottom section that is uncalled for. Please give them a dumpster.
