Our situation was such that it involved multiple owners all of whom were out of state, so Kimberly’s ability to organize and communicate was crucial. Her knowledge and experience combined with her ability to clearly communicate along the process allowed for a smooth transaction. She was amicable and kind throughout the process and even beyond after closing, sending pictures with updates of renovations from the outside.
