DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO IT!!!! Lived at Grandview Pointe in Dunbar, WV. The deposit refund check was issued in both mine and my ex-wife's name even though paperwork was completed to remove her from the lease almost a full year prior. I am guessing property managers did not do their job. No one ever answers the phone at any of the numbers for any of the apartments locations. Emails and calls are not returned. I have been moved out for almost 3 months and yet to have the check reissued to me. Headquarters for the business is Texas, yet when you call, they also do not answer the call and then say they are not responsible for WV properties. They do not call you back, they only send emails. This is not professional communication at all. Full on runaround to try and get 250 refund. Beyond frustrated. Don't waste your time. I have lived in worse apartment conditions and received a prompt response regardless. They are clearly not interested in anything but money.

They don't maintain the place at all. Can't get anyone to answer when there's a problem. Moving here would be a huge mistake. It looks nice in the pictures, but what they don't tell you is there's cockroaches.

This place is a joke! Management is horrible! My dishwasher broke had stagnated water over 3 months. Made numerous complaints to no avail. I finally moved. After all the price gouging for cleaning and repairs they claim I owe them 250.00 AFTER a 650.00 deposit. I WILL be fighting my rights! The woman who runs the place.....not a nice clean person. Her office stays trashed full of papers and trash scattered all over the floor & desk. You know how you should listen to first gut intuition? I should have known not to rent from trashy people, LITERALLY TRASHY!

TO move into this apartment complex would be one of the worst things you could do to yourself! The lights in the hallway haven’t worked in nearly two weeks. When my 75 year old mother called the emergency number she was told the light issue was not considered an emergency. I recently stopped by to see her and forgot my phone in part because it was daylight when I arrived. By the time I discovered I left my phone the halls where pitch black dark!!!! I didn’t have a flashlight and had to use a lighter to try to make it through I almost fell twice they will be hearing from my attorney. This place is horrible!!!

They bait and switch with the rent. It seem like the rent is normal until you come to the end of your first years least then they raise your rent by 25 to 30 percent.
