I’d give negative stars if I could. Overpriced, outdated apartments & townhomes. My apartment was crawling with spiders among many other insects, but they never did anything. I had to spray it myself. Maintenance is one man who can barely walk. It’s sad. I complained about kids throwing rocks at my vehicle that caused scratches, yet they never sent out a single message to other renters. I put in so many maintenance orders over the years and he never showed. I went without A/C for a week and had to fix it myself. The only reason people live in Ream properties is because they hold a monopoly across southern WV. If it wasn’t for the brother’s parents who built the company for them, they wouldn’t have anything. The best part, they will take your security deposit, with no explanation. I guess one of the owners is behind on his Porsche payments. I’d seriously suggest not staying here to avoid the headache. They’re pathetic.

Beware, they will keep an unjust amount of the deposit when you leave. Guaranteed.
They eventually returned a part of the deposit they kept after calling them out so that should give you an idea of their shady practices.
