We worked with Kerry Baldwin on our home purchase and couldn't be happier. She was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Knowing that we were based in Chicago and couldn't, obviously, be in West Virginia for every viewing, she would take us on a personal Zoom tour of any property we were interested in, even to the point of getting a tape measure out and measuring spaces for us!

Sellers can be very difficult people to deal with and the seller of the property Shar helped us purchase was almost as bad as her realtor. Both unwilling to navigate or negotiate. Shar handled them and us(me) with professionalism and tact through the entire process. He was there from start to finish, answered lots of questions and gave advice where needed. If not for Shar we would have bailed on the deal and told the seller where to stick her property. I will be recommending him in the future to anyone looking for property in the area!
