WARNING! MOST IF NOT ALL OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!
After living here for a year, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy!
My car has been broken into twice in the last 3 months. The most recent time, entire gate to underground parking was ripped off and close to 20 cars were broken into. The manager of the leasing office told me to calm down when I asked why I hadn’t been notified, mind you it was almost 2pm and the robbery occurred at 6am.

I have been locked into the underground on multiple occasions. I was stuck outside waiting for a tow truck for over 4 hours because someone parked and abandoned a car at the underground entrance. The security number they gave us wasn’t even for our apartment complex, they had to call 4 different people before they finally sent someone.

My mail has constantly been stolen, lost, or mis delivered. I had to call the police on the leasing office just to locate a package, UPS said it was signed for and received by them but they said it wasn’t. Instead of pulling cameras to see where my important package was, they said it wasn’t their responsibility. Amazon will not be useful living here, as if they’re not delivering while the leasing office is open theres nobody to allow them into the mail room. Your packages are gonna get left outside of the building that you live in, and most likely stolen before you wake up.

Maintenance harassed us about a “leak” for weeks. We got woken up in the middle of the night and accused of running the shower all night because the apartment underneath us kept calling water dripping.

They wait til the last moment to give any notices for inspections/pest control. You won’t have the ability to make arrangements and they will NOT accommodate in any way. I had to call into work because they gave us a 2 day window for pest control, and threatened fines if our animal prohibited the cleaning.. but refused to give us a time to be out or make arrangements for pet care. We needed instead to give them 2 full days of availability.

There are druggies who frequent the parking lot and back of the property. I have a video of 2 dudes smoking a crack by IN FRONT OF THE LEASING OFFICE. It feels like every week there are fresh scratches and dents on my car when I leave in the morning. There’s an encampment in the woods behind the property, the homeless have utilized the construction next door.

C building is so nasty you have to hold your breath when walking up the first floor. Half of the doors for our building are broken/ not fully functioning. The fire department will regularly wake you up, druggies in B building set off the alarms about once a week if not more some days. There are families on the first floor that REGULARLY throw belongings/trash out the windows.

The leasing office staff is so rude, and honestly prejudice. I came for my tour by myself, and when I came to pick up the keys with my black roommate the Russian woman kept giving him the ugliest faces, didn’t really address him at all, and only spoke to me about anything involving OUR lease. We got a lease renewal offer, really a rent increase, yet they posted my unit for $400 less the day I gave 20 day notice. This place is a scam and goes mainly for foreigners, disabled people, elderly and young people. I could write a book on the awful experiences we’ve had here. There are 3 other AMAZING apartments within 2 miles, please look into your options before you’re stuck!

‏Terrible complex! All these 5 stars are fake! My apartment got robbed two weeks ago, the thieves broke into my place and took their time stealing my jewelry and all my valuable things. Nobody knew about it until my husband arrived and found out that someone had broken into our home. When we informed the office about what happened they didn't do anything about it!
‏There are no cameras inside or outside the building, which means there is no security at all. I don't recommend this complex for people who have family because it's very unsafe to live here.

We have a year's experience living in Camelot (building D). The common areas of the building are constantly cleaned, the corridors are vacuumed, the windows are washed, and cleanliness is monitored. The apartment itself is warm, without mold. We contacted the office several times about small breakdowns in the house (a light bulb in the kitchen burned out, there is a very non-standard lamp) - they sent a repairman to us the next day and everything was done. No matter how many times I contact the leasing office, they always quickly solve a problem, either personal or quickly respond to e-mails. The manager Eric is very nice to communicate with, I also had many pleasant experiences working with the manager Natalya, who understands Ukrainian/Russian when needed. There are many parking spaces on the street (we have not had any incidents with the car during the year of residence). There is no mold in the apartments. I recommend this complex.

This is the shadiest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, they force you to pay online, in violation of the leasing agreement, which includes a service fee(that they say is $3.95 in an e-mail I received recently) but when I look to pay it’s $4.40. They don’t give you a utility bill for the first 3 months and you don’t know until you get a random charge for them on your billing, or you ask. The fire dept is here constantly at all times of night and day because drug use by other tenants. Our first floor reeks of cigarette smoke constantly. It took them 4 months to get the pool fixed which is a big selling point for them, and the gym is still not available. I expect better for the price I’m paying.

Everything you should expect to find on Evergreen Way. Apartments are way overpriced for the value you get. There is a pool that was closed most of the two years I lived there. The package lockers seemed to never be used by the mail people, causing packages to be left on the table in the room, so of course lots of stolen packages. I came across homeless people sleeping in the stairwells multiple times. The stairs also often smelled like drugs, urine and fecal matter. A pile of poop sat in the stair well for almost a full month, took 4 different calls to finally get someone to go clean it up. The people under my apartment were very clearly selling drugs in the apartment, they always had a blanket hanging up concealing the balcony. Witnessed a dude take a three store fall head first off his balcony due to a bad drug trip. The police and fire department might as well rent an apartment with how often they were there. Random building alarms going off at random hours of the day. Found a pipe on the picnic table outside the apartment. The studio apartments are spacious, but they have no windows for circulation so you're left to bake in the summer heat with no AC. The parking is one of the very few positives, lots of free spots.

Shady complex! More than the allotted people staying in apartments, people sublet apartments, which is not allowed, car theft, out of the parking lot and parking garages, disgusting residents who do not clean the community areas clean. The price it is is that for a reason. Also, just FYI if you ever wanted to go month-to-month there they charge $10,000 a month! Management could care less about the safety of the residence many times did we go and try to talk to management about many situations and we’re completely brushed off. Also had mail stolen from the mail room, not by residence but by the post office person. I would steer clear from here. I know some of us have no choice, but be warned.
