So happy to move here. My friend referred my wife and I and I couldn't be happier!! Linda is our leasing agent and was amazing!!! She worked with my wife mostly because I have no patience for anything! Having said that linda broke threw my barrier threw professionalism and great communication skills most people dont have. I sure dont!! Anyways Kudos!!!

Stay here if you want your car vandalized and slashed!

They say they have overnight security but apparently it’s only one person part time because tires still get slashed.

They also haven’t fixed the front security gate and it’s been almost a year.

Would not recommend.

Casa Blanca Apartment Homes is the best apartment building and fantastic place l've lived in by far. Lived more than 4 years & absolutely loved it. My family relocated to Everett from California. The location is great and the amenities are insanely cool! The staffs in the office are suppler helpful & friendly, keep packages from carriers safe & always available to delivery when residents pick up. Moreover, all maintenance issues were quickly resolved in the timely manner. I definitely recommend the Casa Blanca Apartment Homes.

Moved from outta state. Saw the reviews and thought I’ve been in worst communities. I grew up in the hood, low income. But the community is not bad at all. I think the management really worked and put in effort to make this place dog-friendly, family friendly, safe, and affordable. The people that live here are hard working people. I don’t see homeless people like the other posts mentioned in this chat. The management has been great every time I was in the office.
Even though the surrounding areas may not be so great, Casablanca makes me and my family feel safe. Thank you Casablanca Management for what y’all do. It’s been a great couple of months. I’m proud to call the place home for now.

Lived here about 2 years, have had almost no problems. Maintenance can be slow to respond to low priority notices. but they do seem to get things done eventually. Not much parking around the front few buildings.

Office staff have always been polite. Linda is an amazing person to contact for starting a lease and get any other questions answered.

I like this apartment. Thank you very much Linda, she is a good manager and quickly solves all questions. She helped me a lot to settle quickly in Casablanca.

Still new to this complex but moved from one of Epic's other locations. Mainly because it's affordable for a bigger space and the area is super convenient with shops, grocery, pet care, and more. Front office ladies have been nothing but kind and helpful when I needed their help or had questions.

Had a couple issues that only showed up after living here a week or two but Patrick over in maintenance has been quick on the ball to get it fixed up. Front office was also kind and apologized for the issues but like I said, it wasn't something they'd have even noticed from a quick inspection so I don't blame them at all. Things happen and technology does what technology does.

Only other non-maintenance required issues have been the loudness of neighbors. I came from a relatively quiet complex. While the old complex had neighbors that had their moments, it wasn't ever this loud.

The other problem was my place having a weird smell/air quality that gave me migraines for weeks and my eyes were burning. Not really too sure of the source there as I live in a smoke-free unit and I am not a smoker of any sort. I invested in an air purifier which absolutely helped! No fault to the company. I can only make assumptions as to what it could be. But even I couldn't really figure out an assumption to begin with. Air purifier is just a life savior.

So in a nut shell,
Gated, affordable for nicely sized apartments, and kind staff are pros.
Neighbors being rambunctious in an apartment setting are the cons.

I'd still recommend people to this apartment complex for a nice place to live. I'm hoping to be a long term resident for the next few years if it remains affordable to me.

Horrible place to live! People kicking down doors and me having to chase them myself. Lack of security, cars getting robbed every day crackheads and lunatics everywhere. You sure as hell gonna want your deposit back if you come here. Car wrecks frequently. Packages being stolen from my front door “in a secured facility” this is horrible!!! Please do not waist your money moving here!!!! Fire alarms being triggered on a daily basis! The office manager and assistants and maintenance guys”boys” think they own this place! Rude as hell!!! For the sake of your children do not move here!!!
