Aero Apartments - Everett, Washington

I had a very disappointing experience with Aero Apartments. I am a full-time student at Everett Community College, and in order to focus on my studies, I rented an apartment here. Due to personal challenges, I needed to move out three months earlier than planned. I informed the management well in advance, but my request was denied without any flexibility.

I told them that I was willing to return the apartment three months early and would clean it thoroughly before handing it back. During those three months, if they were able to find a new tenant, the apartment could go to the new tenant. If they couldn’t find anyone, I would take full responsibility and pay the remaining rent myself. This solution could have helped me save some money, while also giving them a chance to avoid vacancy loss. However, they still refused my proposal without any consideration.

I even offered to help find a new tenant—such as one of my classmates—but none of my suggestions were accepted. Instead, they insisted that I continue paying rent through the end of the lease, despite knowing my situation.

When I explained the challenges I was facing, their only response was to suggest that I get a job. As a full-time student, I couldn’t just stop attending classes during the quarter to work more. Their lack of empathy and poor customer service made an already difficult situation worse.

In the end, I had no choice but to pay the remaining three months of rent, which was a heavy burden for me.

I would caution other students or renters to be aware of the strict lease terms and the lack of support or understanding during difficult circumstances.

The property is well kept and nice and quiet. Jason is the most efficient maintenance man i have ever seen. Management here is also awesome. As we know if the management is horrible then so is everything else. So with that said Ms. Lina sold me on Aero Apartments. She is approachable, patient, caring, and goes the extra mile. Im glad I found this place.

Aero apartments is top notch! We moved here from Texas sight unseen but Lina & Angelina were there to help every step of the way. They were so sweet and answered any and every question we had. Move in day went so smoothly thanks to their hard work. We have been here for about a year and a half now and so far our experience has been as awesome as the day we moved in. We have only used maintenance once or twice but each issue was handled immediately and effectively. The property is very clean and secure. I’ve always felt
very safe within the shared community spaces & my apartment. The location is the best part! There are always events happening downtown and they’re all within walking distance. Not to mention all the delicious food you’re so close to. I could go on and on but this is the best apartment experience we’ve ever had and what sets Aero apart is truly the office staff and their personal dedication to making residents feel right at home.

You should never change your plans. You should never move out early or you will be charged the full rent, even if you give them months notice. They are very unkind. So be sure to negotiate for a change in the contract. Also, beware if you have a cat or dog, in addition to many one-time, monthly fees, you will be charged a cleaning fee when you move out, even if you have done a thorough cleaning. There is a Harley behind the building that will wake you up at 5:00 AM every day. Also, you have to hope that the upstairs neighbors don't make big noise.

Long story short - Aero was best place I have ever lived! I have never recommended anything so highly in my life. I'm going to miss this community so much, and I can't imagine how any other management team could measure up.

I waited a long time to leave this review. I lived in three different apartments at Aero, and lived there collectively for about three years (having moved out, moved back in, upgraded, ect.).

I just moved out for the last time to relocate to Redmond, WA, and I waited until my deposit cleared to write this.

I can now say, with absolute certainty, that Aero provides the best service of any building I have ever lived in (or even heard of). The management here will always treat you fairly! I have never been overcharged, slighted, or even made slightly uncomfortable. Every concern has been handled personably, professionally, and with the utmost care.

This is the most safe and welcoming environment that I’ve ever had in a rental!

Aero is set up to make life as convenient as possible for the residents. The community is completely secure with controlled access at all entry points. There’s an automated mail pick up situation in the lobby. Large packages are received and held by the office. There’s an automatic trash/recycle shoot on every floor.

The units are gorgeous with great finishes that hold up really well over time, and I almost never hear sound traveling from the neighbors (great insulation). Every common space is impeccably clean at all times.

You might expect those things from any building in this price range. What Aero has that other locations rarely do is a staff that really cares.

Lina, the office manager, is incredibly kind and bright. She’s always made us feel right at home. Any time anything went wrong, she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. That’s something I’ve never experienced anywhere.

When we first moved in, there was an unexpected delay with our apartment. Aero was under no obligation to help us (delays happen and there wasn’t a solid move in date on our rental offer for that reason), but our prior lease ran out and Lina helped us find a temporary place to stay and stored all of our belongings for free at the building until we could move into our unit.

I was wowed then, and only continued to be more and more impressed over time.

Aero is expensive, but it’s worth it. My husband and I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. We never felt nervous about bringing our concerns to the office. There’s a unique sense of welcome here that I doubt I’ll every experience in a rental again.

Every apartment is beautiful! There are great views, stunning sunsets, and a real sense of community. I’m not the type to write glowing reviews, but no one has earned it more. I can’t thank the Aero management team enough for the time we spent there!

Two years ago I arrived from Philadelphia and needed a new place to call home. I stumbled upon the Aero Apartments in Everett and am so very glad I did! From the minute I signed my lease, I knew I was in excellent hands. This is, hands down, the best apartment I have ever lived in, and I am sad to be leaving. It's well located, quiet, secure, and the sunset views have been *chef's kiss*. Also, the management and maintenance are beyond reproach. Lina and Angelina are AMAZING - both are incredibly helpful and beyond kind. And, a huge shout out to Jason who has always been fast to fix anything that has gone awry. Thank you all for a great two years.

We are a family of 4 and a pup. We've lived here for 4 years and counting and love it. I can honestly say it is the best managed apartments we've lived in. The management here is more than helpful and easy to talk to. Lina and Angelina are awesome! Maintenance here is stellar. Thank you Jason! If you have any issues they are prompt to get back to you and fix the issue. Hassle free. It's well kept with all common areas cleaned and maintained regularly. You are close to everything here. You can grab a bite to eat, cup of coffee, get a drink, go to a concert, or see the silver tips play hockey at the arena all within walking distance. We feel safe here and glad our family chose Areo Apartments to call home ❤️

If you are looking for a place to live in downtown Everett, Aero won't disappoint! I lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment of it. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is very safe, clean and well maintained. And the view of the water... never ever got old. Shout out to the staff, Lina, Angelina and Jason. They were so welcoming and always had a smile on their face. They provided the best apartment living experience I have ever had and I hope the person who gets my unit next loves it just as much as I did. Thank you guys for making this place a home you never want to leave!
