I haven’t lived here for a few years but Zillow sent me a recommendation for this place and I just had to laugh. This is the most embarrassing establishment I have ever had the misfortune of renting from. The managers all the way up into corporate are a joke. They put my entire family at risk for serious health hazards from mold and had our apartment ripped apart for months over the holiday season and expected us to “air it out” in 20 degree weather. A landfill would be a better place to live. It took me six months to stop seeing signs of mold sickness after we moved out. They don’t do anything about other tenants smoking in the halls or jumping up and down at 12AM in the apartments above you. The manager got caught calling my mother a liar on the ring camera. The maintenance team is either 800 or 12 years old and had the audacity to say that Kilz primer kills mold and sprayed over severe water damage to fix it. We never got any kind of accommodation other than an offer for a $100 gift card, for 3 months of HELL. I could go on and on but it doesn’t matter. I just want to warn anyone who is looking here. Don’t do it, there’s so many better cheaper places that are luxurious in comparison to this place. Because this place must be a real class act circus because it’s full of clowns.

I have lived here a few years and can always count the staff to be helpful and kind whenever I have any issues, which is not common. I would like to note that Carly Robbins is the best apartment manager I have ever had. I am always delighted to stop by and have a chat whenever she is around. It is only coincidental that we have the same last name, as we are not related! I love this spacious apartment, the location, and all the staff, I highly recommend it to all my peers.

This review is on the staff only, if it were on the pool and spa situation it would be different. Not to mention the garbage and homeless problem. The staff that I have dealt with during the year that I've lived here have been nice. In particular, Chelsea from the office, She is pleasant, polite, and has been very helpful to me and doesn't get irritated with me because I constantly need help getting my packages. She is also very pretty and has a great smile which doesn't hurt. I think she does a great job and for that I thank her, she gets 5 stars and 2 thumbs up👍👍

I regret ever moving into this apartment. It's honestly a nightmare. First off, there’s trash everywhere—outside the building, in the hallways, and sometimes even near the entrance. It's not just occasional litter; it’s like the complex has no regard for cleanliness.

The real issue, though, is the infestation of cockroaches. No matter how much I clean, they keep showing up in the kitchen and bathroom. It's disgusting and makes living here unbearable. On top of that, the walls are leaking! I’ve had water stains in multiple spots, and the mold smell is getting worse by the day. Despite reporting it to management, nothing has been done.

The apartment is falling apart, and the management doesn’t care. They never respond to maintenance requests, and when they do, the issues are never fully addressed. This place is not worth the price, and I would advise anyone to stay far, far away from this building.

Not sure what the cleaning crew were thinking when they just clean the outside of apartment, they messaged up the inside of my apartment living room by the door and damaged my new rug that I recently got, just bunch of dirt and disgusting water got inside the apartment from outside, that's a shame. Paying too much money for rent for literally bad service. Not sure who's going to cover the damage of my rug, I called and went to the office there was literally no one there, such a lack of management and unprofessional employees. But it's not my job to clean after the mess that the cleaning crew caused, this is hideous.

I regret to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. The presence of homeless individuals setting fires in the nearby woods is not only dangerous but creates a constant sense of unease. Firearms are frequently heard, adding to the distressing environment. My electronics have been ruined by roaches, and maintenance requests take months to be addressed, if at all. Packages are regularly stolen, and cars are often broken into or even stolen. The grounds are littered with used needles and foil, remnants of homeless activity. Parties in the wildlife preserve are common, and graffiti defaces both buildings and trees. I am genuinely upset by the lack of safety and cleanliness, and I strongly advise against moving here.

I lived here for the past three years and there has been a lot of improvements through out them. I can always contact Chelsey in the office when I need them and count on communication when I have problems.
Also the area is very convenient for where I work.
Being a mother of two kids this place is home.

I've lived here for over a year and overall my experience have been great. The ladies at the office are always willing to help with anything. The maintenance guys respond quickly to maintenance request and they do a great job. I'll recommend living here since the apartment is really spacious, plus the staff make the experience more delightful.
