I was misled by this agency. I mentioned during our first meeting my credit score was under the qualifications but I had excellent rental history and income. They made me think I was able to move from my current unit which is managed under a different company to another unit in the building. I met with the realtor twice. I expressed to them I was not able to upload documents into their system last week. I just got a text today that I was denied. Less than two week to find a place for my 87 year old dad and myself. So they are not worried about displacing anyone because I have more than $5,000 in unpaid debt. I’m at my wits end thinking I had this unit and now have less than 2 weeks to find a place that is safe for my dementia dad to walk around with out worry. Thank you all for reading. Do not please rent with these people. I even asked for exceptions or if the owner can make the decision. Still no.

My hat is off to Melissa & Brenda at Coldwell Banker Bain. There professionalism & responsiveness towards there clients & tenants is outstanding. All Climate Heating and A/C has been working with CBB for 3+ years now. There's not a week that goes by that we don't here from them regarding the HVAC needs of there customers. The dedication to there clients shows. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any property you may have.

We (1-800-PLUMBER) are a plumbing company. Right from getting onboarded as vendor for all of its Seattle area properties to work order management on an ongoing basis, Coldwell Banker Bain property manager coordinator Brenda Nolan has been great. We love how AppFolio is used for prompt communication and appreciate their understanding that we will never overcharge. Also, who doesn't love the prompt payments that automatically happens once we send our invoices? 🙂 We would love to do business with CBBain for a long time.

Avoid this agency at all costs.

We are homeowners with a single-family rental unit.

Nancy and Kathy are non-responsive, arrogant, abrasive and act like they own the property. Kathy would push back on anything other than minimal rent increases. I pushed back and we always got the higher proposed rent. Kathy would always take the tenants' side.

Finally, a couple of tenants moved out without sufficient notice. I felt like Kathy was the tenants' attorney! When I voiced my displeasure to Nancy and asked for a different manager, she actually terminated our agreement.

It's the best thing that's happened for our rental situation. We now have truly professional management and charge much higher rent.

Judy Bishop was very unprofessional and not a very good representative for this company she was unfriendly Originally when I called and asked questions about property And again at showing of home As she was looking at Her phone the whole time acting like I was bugging her if I had any questions
Only then with answers like it is in the listing and some again rude comment on the age of my dog.
I can't imagine she would be the person I would want to represent selling or renting my home My daughter and I left feeling sorry for owner

Unresponsive at best. Not surprised to see the best review is a 1 star. I am horrified for my clients and everyone else this company "serves". I helped 3 clients find a rental near Seattle proper, as I am a Realtor and thought finding something on the MLS vs. Craigslist would be safer. They found a home they liked and I was happy to see it was being managed by Coldwell Banker Bain (whom I once thought of as a reputable company.) Up until the moment they signed the lease the property manager was quick to reply and pleasant. Once they signed and money changed hands, she couldn't be bothered with them. They have had numerous LEGITAMITE illegal issues with the property itself and have been treated as a nuisance each time they request help. I have even continued to advocate for them on their behalf to try to keep the PM accountable. They are good tenants and deserve better than what they have been put through. This company has better things to do than care about your well-being. Do yourself a favor and rent from ANY OTHER entity. Owners, do your due diligence and don't taint your property from future great tenants by ending up "guilty by association" and cost yourself more in the long run. I am disgusted that they consider themselves in the business of customer service.

This is the worst company with which I have dealt. Public relations is non-existent. Their rep spent more time on personal business than on company business. Bookkeeping is poor. I am extremely dissatisfied with their incompetence and lack of services to the client. Their supervisor does not provide expert guidance as one would expect. I was surprised that they always took the side of the renter, rather than the owner. They acted as the tenant's attorney.

Sucks! Look for another management company. Kimberly Coley and Dorthy Ennes (supervisor, ) do not care once a renter has signed the lease. They only care about their commissions and not customer satisfaction or renters violating the HOA agreements they signed. In my case, , they lowered the security deposit from $1595 (one months rent) to just $1000 which of course made the house available to more "lower desirable incomes". Within a month, the renters trashed my place. They parked cars in the backyard and also in the front for a total of 9 cars on the property at one time. When I requested that Kimberly and Dorthy notify the tenants that I would board up the fence, they stalled for another 2 months and never got it done. Now my RV gate is damaged and there is not enough funds to recover my costs in replacing it. They also hire their own "handyman" and will not allow owners to fix their own house. This gets expensive and resulted in them replacing a perfectly good thermostat for another analog version for $400. They suck!! They never even notified me to troubleshoot the issue or hire my own person. I feel they are crooks and will take your money. Don't hire them!!
