I found the perfect home through Gold Brick Property management. Mitch Livingston and Yulia worked diligently with my circumstances as well as with the Property owner to secure my lease in my new home.I had some obstacles as I am on oxygen with disabilities. I also have been on federally subsidized housing section 8 program for many years. I have not had to move until recently and found it extremely challenging given my situation. However I found a property that was just what I was looking for listed by Gold Brick. Mitch Livingston and Yulia listened and worked through all the paperwork and were available for all my questions and concerns along the way.
I would recommend Gold Brick/ Mitch Livingston as well as Yulia if your looking for a rental in Snohomish County.

I had the displeasure of interacting with one of this property managements agents and she was very curt with me and I didn’t at all appreciate the way I was talked to. I believe her name was Jen. I was so upset by how she spoke to me I thought I’d take a moment to write a review. Full disclosure, I have never done business with this company, I just briefly interacted with her during a move out of my neighbor. During that brief interaction, I gave her no reason to talk to me the way she did, though. Based off this experience, I wouldn’t recommend RTC to anyone.

I am very happy to have RTC Property Management managing my rental properties. The team is great at screening for high quality tenants to ensure that rents are paid. As a self managed property owner for many years I appreciate the attention to detail and the professionalism shown to me and the tenants. I highly recommend RTC Property Management for any property owner.
