I see from reviews there is supposedly new management but I'm going to write this review of Joyce Bell. Her staff was super responsible but after she collected rent she would never give me my share, my due, unless I went in person to sit there for 2 hours waiting to collect it. In order to get the funds needed to pay me what they owed (less than $200), Joyce had to call her bank, call a creditor, move some money around, and then actually drive to the bank to get the small amount of money. It was ridiculous and obvious abuse of my money and my trust. I'm so sorry to see that she hurt others, too. I wish I'd written this sooner. I think the only reason she paid me was because she intuited that I would call police. And I was about to.

Make no mistake.. the "new" management are the exact same people who helped Joyce Bell wreck people's homes and lives!!
This CJ and Terry who know how to put on the charm were culpable and should and maybe just as legally responsible for the things they covered up for Joyce Bell!
We thought that they weren't those kind of sales people but boy were we wrong!
Our home was left in ruins by the tenants placed in my home that were neither qualified according to their own agreement, but I was told Joyce Bell actually over rode the screening report and allowed this person and his psychotic children and dog into our home.
The home was destroyed. The yard was destroyed. We actually had to pay a significant amount to have it cleaned up and the debris removed.
Then we were coerced into selling the home as a fixer upper to a developer, otherwise we would have had to pay thousands to have the home brought back up to a standard we could have put it on the market as a normal home.
All the they sat there knowingthat the tenants were never supposed to be there in the first place according to our agreement that we signed with bell properties.
We were naive and were even talked into letting them represent us when we sold our home so not only did that get from us when they rented the home and let it be destroyed, we were foolish enough to allow them to make even more when they sold it for us.
It would seem we may have some legal leg to stand on in possibly recovering some of our losses!
Save yourself the time, headache, heartache, and run in any other direction than bell properties!

Do not do business with Joyce Bell or any of her affiliates. Joyce does not deliver on any of her promises yet is all too happy to take your money. They are supposed to do walk throughs regualarly on the properties they manage yet never do. They are a joke and will rent to anyone and not evict when appropriate.

The one star is there because I can’t do 0 star. One of the worst services I have ever received. No follow through on commitment, lack of professionalism, lack of proper documentation, walk through not even remotely completed. There was also no empathy or sympathy shown, nor my concerns addressed when I brought them up.

The most dishonest company I have ever seen, who have not given me the rent for my property for more than 2 months and have charged me the damage money collected from tenant at the time of sale of the home. This was never given to me. Very Very Dishonest person who ever owns this
