I met Kim Guadalupe from Morgan Management, when I was shopping for another property management company, to relieve me of my then existing unscrupulous manager. No longer residing in the Washington state, but with my property situated there, I was extremely unhappy about this sticky situation, which was further complicated with the Covid pandemic and the general reluctance of the real estate management market to take on new challenging clients. Of the few companies, I interviewed, Kim impressed with her vast business acumen, extreme enthusiasm to right the issue and unparalleled transparency in communication. She has already proven that she can handle the Covid impacted work environment and any other crisis I could throw at her. I thank my lucky stars everyday to have gained her as my fiduciary agent. She truly delivers and combines a steel will with a kind nature. About, Morgan management, they charge nominal rates and provide excellent professional services. I can truly say that I sleep much better now.

As a rental property owner I know what makes a good property manager (through having some not so good ones...) and Kim at Morgan Real Estate Management is a great one. She is super organized, a good listener and has a lot of experience, that old saying about having seen it all sure applies! Plus she has put together a great team to take care of workorders. Her system makes it so easy to be a rental property owner that we are looking for our next property already.

Rented from Kim for a summer. To thier credit, they were quick to respond to the many many problems with the home (pests, rodents, electrical, etc). It was a nice property overall-no complaints on our stay. It went downhill when we moved out.

We moved out and they tagged us with a $1400 cleaning fee including $600 dollars to match the color of the walls they decided they wanted to paint to cover two pre-existing nail holes - seriously! (they have their own maintenance company who they have to keep busy I guess).

Ended up having to take a day off work so I could take them to court. The judge agreed and ordered kim to refund the entire $1400. (more than I asked for!). Still haven’t seen a dime.

I wouldn’t rent from her again and would warn anyone else. Kim’s “business” strategy seems to be to use her handy man business to ding tenants and then make tenants chase their deposit in court. Frustrating.
