This has got to be the worst garbage company I have ever heard of. This company is literally hot steaming garbage. I’ve had this service for 4 years and I don’t think I’ve had a single month where I didn’t have an issue with this company.

It’s obvious that they pay their employees with garbage as well, because the have no will or desire to even a slightly decent job. Recycle tubs thrown across yards, blocking driveways, garbage scattered in yards and driveways, cans with their lids left open, not sure if you know this, but we live in Washington. It rains here, a lot! Close the damn lids. Half the time the garbage doesn’t even get picked up.

As a blue collar worker, someone that has to bust their butt every day to make a decent living. This company is embarrassing.

Waste management needs to take over.

We used Rubartino for a year at our last address and we had a great experience! The account was easy to set up, you get to talk to a real person and get questions answered quickly, which is so nice and rare these days, and the cost was reasonable. We lived off a steep shared driveway and the garage pickup crew was very skilled at getting up there, emptying everything and backing down. It definitely was not an easy route and they were exceptional at their job. Great employees, highly recommend!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the trash team! They work so hard and always show up right on time to take my trash. I really appreciate how gentle they are with my cans, making sure to place them back just right.

I’ve had such a positive experience with the front desk! Kayla, in particular, has been wonderful. She responds to my emails super quickly and is always ready to help. Thank you all for your fantastic service!

We used to speak highly about Rubatino garbage services (just couple years back). Rubatino service has been going downhill. They asked us to bring our trash recycle bins all the way to the side streets (used to pick up trash on our alley side). Then recycle is picked up every other weeks BUT several times they skipped our recycle which is usually placed right in front of their face, we had to call their office many times to have them come pick it up the next day! Disgusting!
Is it just a take it or leave it situation?! We started thinking about either changing to a better garbage services or moving to better places with better waste management services! Sounds like 1st option doesn’t work!

Ultimately I’m not at all happy with the new big blue recycling bins! They are only picking up every two weeks! We are a family of 7 and avid recyclers. We fill that bin in one week. What are we supposed to do with all our extra recycling? It seems as though one of two things happened here. You either laid off a bunch of employees by going to every other week recycling pickup or you made all your employees part time so you don’t have to give them benefits. It’s so sad. Seems like every company wants to increase profits by giving the consumers AND their employees less! I wish Everett would switch to waste management.

Very disappointed as I was told by office I have to block sidewalks making it inaccessible to someone who is in a wheelchair chair so that our can be close to the curbs. When called and made the comment about wheelchair accessibility I was told it doesn’t matter and it is one day that they have to deal with it. I don’t agree with forcing someone with disabilities to have to than not have access to a public sidewalk or to have them then go off a sidewalk and back on and off to make it easier for them. People with disabilities yes can do things too but it is not right to single them out.

This company sucks. I've had to call them every week for three weeks because they screwed up our recycling bin, it's been two weeks and they still haven't picked up our garbage and their customer service is crap. Our old service was 1,000 times better. Wish we could fire this stupid company.

I recently moved from Brier, where I had Waste Management. It was premium service, with large wheeled totes for everything including recycling. It felt like a large, smoothly run and very professional company. These tiny plastic bins that we are required to use for recyclables with Rubatino are a nuisance to handle, and can be heavy for an older woman. I have found debris around the mixed paper bin—stuff that flew out while the bin was handled. Once, a bottle had fallen out, was left in the street, and smashed into bits. I have seen waste from a yard waste bin strewn across a street. I have called Rubatino twice with different complaints and was treated rudely. I wish we could have Waste Management service!!
