I’ve been living here for about 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! The newly renovated apartments are beautiful modern finishes, updated appliances, and a really cozy, stylish feel that made it easy to call this place home right away. The community is quiet and well maintained, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far.

The management team has been amazing super helpful, professional, and always quick to respond whenever you have questions or need assistance.

Sideburns

Mold mold and more mold surprise this place passes any kind of health inspection cuz I've already had to go to the hospital twice because of the mold in are apartment it's in the bedrooms. Also doesn't help that you can hear those around you at any given point of the day. This property has had so many property managers in just the first 3 months we were there they went through 5 managers. Don't expect your work order to get done in a timely manner.

We just moved in on 04/1/25, Customer care is really good, the unit is clean with nice and new kitchen staff. Manager jariska and leasing manager Teo are an awesome professionals 😊

Mrs.Porter goes above and beyond ensuring efficiency and does a great job making new residents feel welcome and is quick to not only respond but efficiently tackle issues ensuring they get done by property staff. Dont know what her pay rate is but she needs a raise, couldnt have hired a better property manager.

There was no full tour shown of all the residence amenities. I paid and was assigned a parking then was re-assigned twice upon new residents being assigned the same parking spot as me. Can never get ahold of leasing office staff other than the manager Mrs.Porter, and when i did after 4-5 days i had to wait because of her 4 hour lunch break. Amoungst being ignored when asking questions about the residence. Terrible way to welcome anyone.

I moved from out of state and have learned about Casino Rd (to be cautious), but the Arterra Apartments is a safe space. Residents mind their own. Though there have been changes within upper management, Ms. Teo has been the glue to the property. She is attentive and has proven herself to be an understanding and caring property manager. The newly renovated floor plans are of quality value. My few complaints is that rent invoices do not get generated in a timely manner which can delay paying rent on time. Management performs effective communication when this event does occur. Another complaint is that not all residents are compliant when it comes to proper parking and trash waste. Ms. Teo has been enforcing this and it has been slowly improving the quality of the complex. Overall my experience has been nothing less than good. Please keep an open mind and your lifestyle needs/wants. Everett is improving for the better. Make the accommodations when ordering packages. In the 3 months that I have lived here I have not experienced unnecessary loud noises or homeless complaints (they are no less of a human than you are) and do not roam inside the property.

We unfortunately did not do any research before moving to this part of Everett so we had no knowledge of what living here and on casino road would be like. Nor did we read any reviews on this property, We had been woken up by gunshots, sirens, homeless people screaming, and homeless people running up and down our outside stairs. Our car was broken into, damaged and eventually stolen right off the property. We experienced tons package theft, people parked in our designated spots, and the stench of marijuana filling our apartment every single day. Trash was constantly flooding the property, we watched plenty of residents not clean up after their dogs, and found many used condoms and needles littered all around. Management was never in the office and when they were, they had plenty of attitude when we presented an issue. We only lived here for a one year lease term and even that was far too long. I would not recommend this property to anyone. On a lighter note, the maintenance supervisor is incredibly kind and quick to respond.
