Last year I was tasked with helping a friend who was medically incapacitated sell her condo. I didn’t know where to start. I hadn’t ever owned a home, let alone sold one; and this home needed a lot of work if we were to sell it at market value rather than as a fixer upper. With Jared’s guidance, we decided it was worth making improvements on the condo.
We hired a contractor and Jared suggested improvements that would increase the value of the house for the lowest cost. Jared even completed some of the last minute home enhancements himself! He then found a stager in our price range who did a great job. During the showing he took extra care to make the home feel inviting, even changing light bulbs to enhance the warmth.

Jared walked me through every step of the remodel, marketing, and selling process. He kept us informed along the way, going out of his way to meet us when and where it was convenience for us and he enabled many of tasks to be completed online and over the phone. The condo was sold within our timeline and at our desired price.

Jared went out of his way to make the process seamless for us. He came to the nursing home when we needed documents signed, took extra time to explain things we didn’t understand, and he communicated directly with our selling partners (condo association, contractor, stager, and escrow company) to make things easier for me.
