I will say this over and over, We have been renters for 11 years through Platinum Property and We Love this rental company hands down. After 11 years our fridge broke down and it wasn’t even a solid 15 mins after I placed my work order I got a got from Moises and him and his Tech Jayden were out to our property in no time and we now we have an amazing fridge! Updating my review: I reached out to Moses after being back in my place again for almost a year. We'd had some painting done but the work didn't go through PP. Moses went to work tracking down the paint color so I'd have the exact color as the contractor was not responsive. As a property owner, it's worth the $ having these guys in your pocket to not worry about law changes, servicing, etc.

Overall had a great experience working with Wil'ena and the crew at Platinum managing my property. If you are a property manager looking to not deal with the hassle of the day to day of managing a rental AND staying on top of what you can and can't do legally then I highly recommend going with Platinum Properties. I never worried about things knowing they were they to help me along the way.

I rent from Platinum property management,I normally do not deal with maintenance. I try to fix everything on my own. I’ve lived here for nine years. I recently have been having to deal with maintenance.. in the past when I have dealt with maintenance before Moses the maintenance man was so rude. He made me cry he was so rude to me so I have just tried to do everything on my own.
