Being a house owner, I highly recommend SJC to be your property management company. I had been a client of SJC for almost 10 years and just sold my house. For tax purposes I need SJC to provide me some financial information back to year 2018 and 2019. I thought it would take weeks to get it done. However, I received all the information within a day! Jason is a great leader and his team members are amazing!

This was my first time getting into property rental management, and I decided to have SJC Management market the rental, source a tenant, and help in signing the contract. Throughout the whole process Joe was forthright and prompt in answering any questions that I had. It really mand me appreciate working with SJC because they were professional at every step along the way. From the marketing of the rental, vetting the applicants, signing the contract, and the condition report, I could not have asked for a better experience.
