They took over after about a year of me staying at the complex under the former ownership. Misspelled my name on the mail they handwritten and delivered to tell me they were raising rent for no reason, charging for a utility (basic cable) that had been free since I got there. They hadn’t even been getting rent from us for three months before they decided to raise it 75 dollars. They’re a part of the problem

The rooms are small but clean and brand new. Full-size bathroom, kitchenette 3/4 size refrigerator. Hard floors two windows tall ceilings.
