Beautiful home we had a great time but unfortunately it could have been better. The house is very dirty I am not sure how often you go visit the house but when you’re paying what we paid we have a certain expectation for cleanliness. The floors were filthy, animal hair all over, cabinet with fireplace switch smelled of cat urine, animal hair in kitchen cabinets and covering all furniture, headboards caked in dust, dishes put away wet into dirty cabinets, the kitchen table was sticky and has so many old crusty crumbs in it, walls were scuffed badly and cracking in the edges, handrails were black. I will attach photos. If something was spilled and wiped up with paper towel it would be black. The stairs had piles of animal hair and dirty in the corners and dust webs hanging from outside edges. Also pictures were deceiving, game room appeared to be in an attached garage and it was detached, the front door wouldn’t stay unlocked for everyone to go back and forth. Also no back yard would have been good to know the drop off made it impossible for kids to play outside safely. Not enough towels were provided for such a big house remember most longer haired individuals like to have two towels, and one tiny shampoo in each bathroom for all visitors for 4 days no where near enough.

House has potential to be very nice but unfortunately it has been abused and not properly taken care of. We have stayed in multiple rental properties and have never felt so filthy, it’s already weird knowing how many people cycle through, you want to feel the proper cleaning is being done between stays and it did not feel like it had been cleaned.

When getting ready for departure and taking the sheets off the mattress pads were covered in different human and animal hairs very gross.

Hopefully this brings attention to the matter so it can be addressed and nobody else has to have this experience.

Had a great time with family and friends in this beautiful house which is tucked in serene environment. The house was clean, and filled with good amenities - BBQ on deck, game room with pool and foosball tables. Kevin being a responsive host and provided all necessary information, that made the check in / check out experience comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Comfortable house with a ton of space. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. We visited in the fall and had great views of the trees changing color, also enjoyed seeing how many deer we could spot (there were a lot!). Hot tub was a hit! Super soft carpet upstairs, plenty of extra towels (including hot tub towels), adequate kitchen utensils. The only downside was the dishwasher seems to have difficulty cleaning the top rack dishes, but I bet that will be a quick and easy fix. Thanks for the great experience! Hope we can come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly cabin! The management team was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish. The cabin itself was spacious, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each room was functional and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Highly recommend for families looking for a cozy and convenient retreat.

Great place to get away from it all. Best of all, a little over a 1 hour drive from home. The accomodations were excellent and interacting with the locals was fun to say the least. Hiking trails, biking trails outside the front door. The hot tube great for soothing weary muscles. Would go there again.

The property was accurately listed with ample parking, a comfortable/spacious/clean home, fantastic location, and outstanding communication from the management company. It suited our extended family + puppy well (and even had dog supplies and treats!) and the kids (ages 6-11) thoroughly enjoyed the game room, kids bunk and play room, and hot tub. Plus the beautifully maintained on-site parks and trails in Suncadia kept us busy during breaks in the weather!

Everything about the home and Hosts exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Kevin and his family provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, as well as provided exceptional communication with us from start to finish. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything and more that we needed to have a fantastic stay. The outdoor space was our own private oasis day and night. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. If you are looking for an upscale experience that is unique, we suggest having cocktails at the Trophy Room and then dinner at the Wren & Wolf (reservations needed for both) We enjoyed golfing at the course this home backs on to and lounging in the pool for an afternoon. Great place to stay!
