I met Loraine in a finance class. Seven months later when we had to move I contacted her. I knew she was fairly new in real estate, a no no according the online information, however, I felt my spouse and I could trust her. She told us she had a Mentor at the office that would help us through things. We found a place quickly, but decided no to act over Memorial Day weekend. It got an offer from someone else, so we found a few more to look at. We found one, made an offer that was rejected as too low. We all regrouped, made a second offer will a few compensations that was accepted. Loraine help us find a Home Inspection firm. We closed in 44 days, she met us after the filing of papers and brought us keys to our new, 70 year old Home. She has followed us over the past 11 months. I called her just a couple of weeks ago as I have a brother from out of the area looking to move this way. Thank you Loraine for growing with us.
