To say we were not fans of agents due to past bad experiences would be an understatement. However, working with Skylar was a breath of fresh air, and from the initial contact with her we knew that she would be the best option to help us sell our place. Skylar and her team were amazing! They went above and beyond by decluttering and staging to ensure that it looked like a show home, and the photos and 3d tour option definitely drove a lot of traffic and made the home stand out from others on the market.

In less than 48 hrs we had multiple full price (and above) offers. Even after receiving multiple offers Skylar went and held an open house to ensure that we had as much traffic as possible.

After the offer period closed, Skylar did a side by side comparison of all the offers we had received and set up a call so that she could walk us through each one to review pros and cons and answer any questions that we had. This was a great service since the highest offer isn’t always the best, and you need to understand the terms of each offer to know which is the strongest and most likely to close.

Skylar changed my mind on real estate agents for the better and you would be foolish not to work with her. She is an amazing agent as well as an extremely nice and smart individual who will be a massive asset to you in buying or selling a property.
