We can not say enough about Mark! We had two properties that we needed to sell that were in need of some work before they could sell. We live out of town so it made it harder at times for us to line up the resources to get things done. Without hesitation, Mark always said it would do it. I feel like in addition to our realtor, he was our general contractor. We appreciated it so much! If you are looking for a realtor who will give a 1000% to get your property sold, Mark DeRousie is the guy. Thank you Mark!
