We sold our Port Angeles home in May 2022 with the help of Jacob Wright. While this was my first time selling a home, compared to my experience with real estate agents in buying a home, I can't recommend Jacob highly enough. He approaches his work with a level of thought and sophistication that isn't common, especially in the Olympic Peninsula market. He was extremely thorough and fast in his communications with us. And, most importantly to me, he was willing to make recommendations based on his experience when we were faced with decisions. The result was a very favorable offer on our home before it had even been listed, with a smooth and fast process to closing the transaction. I would absolutely work with Jacob again if the opportunity arose.

Jacob was recommended to me by a friend - they didn't steer me wrong! He recently helped my husband and me navigate buying our first home. Jacob helped me find the propertry I wanted in Port Angeles. There was no presure, he was happy to tour me around various properties and neighborhoods to truly understand what I was after, then stayed on it until we found the right spot. When we did find the right spot I was out of state, so he went there and gave me a facetime tour of the place before we made an offer, then we went there the day I returned to confirm. He was super helpful with understanding the nuances of buying undeveloped land, something I had never done before. A great real estate agent, highly recommended.
