Patti Morris of Jace/Century 21 was the agent I used to purchase a home in Sequim this year and one of her own inspectors was used to inspect the house and property. He completely missed the fact that there is regularly four inches of ground water in the crawlspace under the house. I became suspicious when puddles started to appear in very obvious places that were easy to see. I hired a foundation expert and they found the huge four inch deep puddle after doing a thorough search. We pumped between one hundred to two hundred gallons of water out but it all reappeared the next day. I was told by the experts that this was a persistent problem that has been going on for a long time. I asked Patti to talk with the former owners to ask for their help in paying the twentyseven thousand dollars it would cost to repair. She told me that I signed the papers so it was my mess to fix. She said that everybody has water in their crawlspace so I can live with it also. She wouldn't call the sellers so I had to do it myself and they just hung up on me. Moral of the story: don't hire Paddi and get your own inspector.

I have worked with couple different agents within Jace Real Estate. Eileen Schmitz, Lisa vautier divelbiss and Joe. All three have been very professional. I worked with Lisa when moving here and then referred my daughter who was 21 buying her first home to Eileen. Eileen being the owner of the business, referred my daughter to her agent Joe. My daughter and her fiance were very happy with the purchase of their first home. I would Highly Recommend Jace Real Estate.
