Our agent, Walker Mellema really went above and beyond for us on our recent home purchase in Sequim. We greatly appreciated his responsive support, even while he was briefly out of town, and the great advice he gave us, as well as his quick coordination with the seller's agent and with multiple inspection vendors he helped set up to get us through early stages of our offer. All this helped us keep competitive in a hyperactive market.
This was our second time buying a house and throughout this entire process Walker's calm demeanor, realistic assessment of the circumstances, and low drama advice made this so much smoother and less stressful.
