Jim Haguewood of Port Angeles Realty went waaay beyond our expectations from a realtor! First, we were in Pennsylvania, buying a home in Sequim, so everything was done long distance. This ended up being a $130,000 sale, but he treated us as if we were buying a multimillion dollar property.
We had constant communication, and he worked with a friend of ours to give us live video showings. He also gave us excellent referrals for reliable plumbers, inspectors and even internet servers. He even kept track of us as we made an (unexpected) road trip across the country.
This is a fine person, not just a fine realtor! If you need a realtor, go to Jim. Period.
