Timber and Tin is an excellent place to stay if you’re exploring the southern Utah National Parks and Grand Canyon. The home is well stocked and very clean and the grounds are well designed. The kiddo loved the pool and we loved the hot tub after some tough hikes. The shower is luxurious and having a washer and dryer was so nice. The rooftop deck was a nice spot to relax at the end of the day. You won’t regret staying here!

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay for our family of four. I was a little hesitant on price, but it was well worth it. With a full kitchen (I mean complete, with everything you need) I cooked breakfast and supper everyday. We stopped for groceries on our way from Las Vegas, but Glaziers Market is right around the corner from this place and has everything. I love cooking and made homemade pizza one night, bbq chicken on the grill another night as well as the usual burgers and hotdogs, omelettes in the mornings with coffee provided. Its best to pack lunches for hikes. We saved more on not eating out everyday that made the cost of this place well worth it. And we have two teen boys that can really eat! Especially after a day of hiking the canyons.

We did eat out one day for lunch (Giff's BBQ at the Hollywood Museum was great!) and got some lattes at Jacky's.

The full washer and dryer was great so we could do a couple loads of laundry while we were here (kids stinking clothes from hiking!).

It was also nice having two full baths and two bedrooms. My wife and I could chill after putting kids to bed. The master bath is huge! Every afternoon after hiking we relaxed by the pool and at night did s'mores over the fire. We also played games most nights.

This place is 1.5 hours from the North Rim. We were able to hike many trails along the North Rim in one day then head 1.5 hours the other direction to Bryce for another day of hiking. We spent one day seeing sites around Kanab and another day at Zion. Since we have never been to this area, all of these day hikes were a great way to get in all the fantastic sites. We did not take the tourist agency here up on any of their excursions, but they were nice enough to provide some free itineraries anyway.

The staff was very attentive. The first night the gas was out in the grill and they had more to us within 15 minutes.

I can't say enough about how great of a find this place was for us. I highly recommend to others with kids especially of all ages. My only complaint was lack of recycling:(

Wow! We loved our stay at Timber and Tin! Beautiful and meticulously clean accommodations..they truly thought of everything (and more!). We enjoyed the lovely views of the night sky in the evenings from the rooftop, took a swim in the pool, and played games in the barn! The location (in Kanab) was perfect & centralized to everything we wanted to do! Can’t wait to go back!?

Wonderful, family friendly place to stay in Southern Utah. My family of 6 fits well in these tiny homes. We stayed in unit E and it was great. The pool area is very clean and inviting and the barn that's been converted into a game room/ theater room is phenomenal. The tiny home was very clean, fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and it had plenty of towels, blankets and sheets.

We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic place in every way. We had couple of minor issues and they immediately took care of them on Saturday morning. I only wish they replace the barn door to bathroom with standard door for more privacy (it has gaps too). Otherwise, the place is 10 stars amd Absolutely perfect especially for families. Thank you and we will be back!

We were looking for a place that was conveniently located between Bryce and Zion for our family of 4, with two littles (3 and 5). This place was perfect! We adventured during the day and came back to have fun at the pool and enjoyed some home cooked meals (conveniently located by a grocery store). It is better than advertised! We also enjoyed the barn for a movie night on the screen with the kiddos. It was so fun that we are already dreaming of coming back!

This was my family’s second time staying here and we absolutely love it! There is a lot of space and the pool was so fun! It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! The owner was so kind and we were able to talk to him for quite a while and learn a lot about our family connections, which was just an added bonus 🙂
