Recently purchased a Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 from SB&K. My size and color weren’t in stock. They ordered for me and had the bike charged and ready to go in less than one week. All at a great price. When I picked it up they gave me a complete tour of how to use the bike and helped me pick out some useful accessories which they discounted. Couldn’t have had a better buying experience. Highly recommended for professional, knowledgeable advice, impressive inventory, excellent customer service and great prices.

Troy is knowledgeable, friendly and super patient. And his store has all the toys!! He helped me get properly outfitted with a surfski and gear, and was super communicative in the process. I drove from Seattle to grab an epic V8 pro surfski from him, and will happily do it again. Top store and staff here.

I would give 10 stars for the service at Sound bikes. I had my bike tuned up with pickup and delivery. Maura arranged this over the phone. They did a very thorough job and fixed the wheel that was slightly bent by a moving company, replaced the tubes and lubed where needed. The price was far more reasonable than I expected. The mechanics were also most efficient at assembling an exercise bike that was brought over from a local store. It took them less than an hour in labor to assemble, at a very good hourly rate , and delivery was inexpensive. When John delivered it into the house, he helpfully set it up by adjusting the seat and the angle, showing me the correct way to change those. All the parts work smoothly and he brought in the empty box as I requested, with assembly tools and manual. I was relieved I didn't have to do the assembly with the chance something might go wrong or not work properly. This was done during the busy season for bike shops and everyone on staff was cheerful and patient.
