Wow, Armor Storage all I can say is Thank You. My family has just recently moved into the area, and Rick was one of the first faces to welcome us to Washington. What’s so special is he was actually one of the first people we worked with when coordinating our move. Rick got the request from us for a unit online and walked us through every step until we had all of our i’s dotted and t’s crossed. His care and kindness for customers and kindness sure do go a long way these days and we couldn’t t be more thankful. We were scheduled to move in on a day when the facility was closed and Rick ensured we had everything we needed to get in without someone on sight. Due to a few travel delays we wound up arriving a bit later for our move in and got to meet him face to face. He walked with us to our unit and helped us guide our behemoth of a moving truck through the aisles of the facility. I can’t forget to mention Sara as well who was always so helpful with questions we had along the way, what a team y’all make. This storage facility is truly a step above the rest and we feel so secure knowing that we have such wonderful folks keeping a safe eye on our belongings.

we had our belongings in storage for only 3 months and everything molded in that time. antique wood furniture that was handmade by relatives now destroyed because someone doesn’t care about their customers nor their belongings which is interesting considering the business they own. EXTREMELY disappointed and sad. As for the name “ Armor Storage” there isn’t a single thing about this business or the person the runs it that made me feel my belongings were going to be protected. First thing change the name, second thing care more about your customers and their belongings because that should be apart of your job.
