Our experience started off well and then it went down hill. The management changed and instead of telling us they just stopped responding to emails. No one reinforces the rules. People leave the trash cans out for days and we had beer cans and trash in our front yard always. Internet would go out and not get notified and you are expected to call and get it fixed even though the management is the one with the account since it is paid with the rent. In the end before leaving again management just stopped emailing when I was trying to ask about leaving the keys. Then in the end they kept our deposit and then charged us more on top of that. If I would have know that, I would not have spent days deep cleaning the house. I hate complaining because I'm grateful we had a house to bring our first born, but I am just so tired of such bad customer service everywhere. Communicate better!

I’m guessing we lost another maintenance person? The dog park has been out of bags and full on dog poo for over a week. So not only can someone not pickup after after dog, They are running out of places to put it.

Love the design of these townhomes! The open floor plan kitchen, fully fenced patio and the gorgeous shower in the primary bedroom are some of my favorite parts. I would highly recommend this place!

amazing complex, such pretty and gorgeous townhomes!
Linda helped us move into our new home ! she was amazing ! move in process was so easy! everyone was so nice and so helpful! everything was so easy to get done with moving in! the property is so nice and so new! fans in every room, nice washer and dryer, carpet is brand new! appliances are awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!

This is one of my favorite apartment communities. My favorite part of the townhome is the loft and the patio space. Both spaces are great places to relax. I like the two car garage. Great staff!
