I have rented uhaul equipment a few times and the staff have been helpful and friendly every time we have had contact with, renting or returning. The office is close to my home and when I needed or need in the future I will be calling to see if they have the equipment available . 2 thumbs up.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and angry blonde haired woman who works there! Came storming out before even had my car in park. Snatched the keys out of uhaul drivers hand got in front seat and as we were walking into the office yelled from the uhaul "Come get your garbage!"(2 water bottles) those were her very first words to us and we hadn't even had a chance to grab them yet. The parking lot is on a steep incline and gas registered E which was inaccurate. We checked gas levels the entire way and was at 1/8 of tank not E. She then yelled again from uhaul "You need gas!" Go get it or I'm charging you the max!" I tried explaining that the reading is not correct because of the incline and she rolled her eyes at me and said "I don't care, I go by what the dash says" we then go inside and she says it's $60 but she is going to take $30 off So i owed $30 I didn't have any $ on me ATM so a Bob was supposed to call me at some point to get it handled. That never happened and they just charged my card over $70 weeks later!!!

Bob is a real nice guy and storage units are okay....but the service is extremely slow!!! Real when you come just to pay a bill shouldn't take no more than 10 minutes and it ends up taking a half an hour. This isn't good for business.

Pretty disappointed in the service received. We showed up at store open to rent a trailer and the sign said be back at one. We came back at one and there was nobody there. We then came back at two and still nobody there with two more people waiting. We went to all about storage on hooker road in Carlsburg and the guy gave us a 40 dollar discount on our trailer.

Heated Units, Video Surveillance, awesome personal customer service, great unit prices...!!
