If you can take your car to get serviced somewhere else, I would. It took us 4 months to get our car back.

We brought my jeep here, because it was still under warranty. I brought it in because the transmission was knocking. There was no service engine light on, I could just feel the transmission.

2 weeks after dropping it off, WE called to get an update. They told us they weren’t able to test or do anything because we needed new tires. Frustrating, but ok, we got new tires and dropped it back off the same day.

2 months in now, and still no parts have been ordered for the car. WE are calling them to get updates.

4 months in, and we get a call the car is ready for pickup! We go pick up, and I drive out of the parking lot, and the check engine light is on. I bring it back immediately (I’m talking 5 minutes). The manager comes out to look at my car, and tells me “just a stroke of bad luck” that my cars service engine light turns on after 4 months of being with them. Remember, there was no service engine light or any error codes when I dropped it off 4 months prior.

Very frustrating experience. On top of that, I drove the car home, and the transmission was knocking again!

Most expensive car wash you will ever pay for. (It’s not nicknamed the “stealership” for no reason…) Brakes were squeaking, they recommended I have them fully replaced, nearly $1,000 later and my brakes were still squeaking as I drove off the lot. Back hatch wiper wasn’t working, technician opened up the hatch only to diagnose the issue and tell me 3+ hours later that they didn’t have the parts in stock and I had to come back another time. They left a piece of broken plastic floating around inside the hatch door (makes a noise when the door is opened and/or closed). When I asked for the piece of plastic to removed and the job to be finished properly, I was told they would have to charge me hundreds of dollars for a multi-point inspection. Great customer service and staff, but I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Extremely friendly staff. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. We scheduled a test drive and she had 3 vehicles pulled up, engines on, and heaters all warmed up. We were able to test drive all 3. Lauren was so helpful with our questions and addressing our needs. My wife and I agreed, she was someone you wanted to buy a vehicle from.

I would give it none if I could. I will save you the detail. They don't know much when it comes to customer support. I have scheduled two appointments with them and have canceled both as they had 0 direction. Asked me to come in after I had been to another shop and gave them error code and information about problem. I get to appointment agree with information provided to them (already) and said they would need to order the parts on both times I had my Jetta in for service. Quoted me a price that is over half the value of the car 4,300 was quote. I could go on and on very bad experience. That is a 1 hour round trip x 2 people and another car for them to say what they could have said over the phone.
