Magan was by far the most helpful representative that I've worked with in a long time! She set me up for success with all the paperwork and guidance I would have to take to go through a reconveyance request. She not only took the time to explain how the process works but also walked me through a bulleted list of items I need to request from the bank to make it a seamless process. She slowed down the conversation, so I could understand the terminology and what it means. She related to me on a personal level and had the conversation with enthusiasm.
