I love this store.

It’s so hard to find uncommon plants on the peninsula and Jade keeps a great variety of common and uncommon, the prices are very fair and the plants are healthy and happy. Such a nice addition to the area 🙂

Haven’t had the chance to stop into the brick and mortar store but I *did* order a plant through Jade and I am in love with it!

It wasn’t originally available on the website but I had reached out to Jade and asked if she had a couple plants I had been scouting for. Of course, she told me she’d keep an eye out and lo and behold, when she got one of my dream plants, she immediately reached out and I was able to purchase it! It was shipped right away and when I received it two days later, I was impressed with how well-packages it was. It had SUPER healthy roots and to be expected damage from shipping but since then, has been giving me so many new healthy leaves!

Touching back to Jade reaching out to me once a dream plant of mine was available, that’s impeccable customer service! 2020 sucked and I appreciate folks who go out of their way to bring some joy into people’s lives through small actions.

I have never met Jade but I can’t wait to visit the store in due time and this time, don’t need to wait for a plant from her to be delivered 😉

Viridis has many interesting and unusual variations on old standbys that set it apart from other shops. I found a Calathea True Fusion here after looking for months both in person and online. It shipped quickly and arrived the day of a snowstorm, perfectly safe thanks to an inexpensive heat pack, great packaging, and alerts of shipping and arrival dates. The 4 inch plant had many more leaves than I expected and has been healthy from the start. Jade’s same day communication was friendly and helpful. I have a new favorite plant shop.
