Always friendly, excellent service even when they're having the toughest days. Food is flavorful & you'll most likely go home with leftovers. Vegan friendly, which is so appreciated! Our only suggestion is to please reduce the amount of oil in cooking. Hard on the tummy. 😅

By far the best restaurant we have found in our local area. The food was absolutely delicious! The servings are huge. Anything with the Pork Belly was off the hook! Can't wait to go back again!

What a find! The food was wonderfully flavorful - we had the chicken udon noodle bowl, bulgogi beef bahn mi and a couple of spring rolls. Such delicious food! I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place.

Cool spot and atmosphere. Bulgogi Philly was great and the noodle bowl was excellent and way too much for one person. The pork belly bites are must have. Seemed like a lot of locals eating there.

This is my favorite type of place. On the surface, it’s rough around the edges and has a very local feel to it. But once you walk through the door, you will find a fantastic place with interesting details and very good food. The person at front said they are having a terrible time finding good employees so they made the tough decision to have people seat and serve themselves in order to keep the restaurant going. We certainly didn’t mind and if anything, it enhanced the evening. We were all impressed with the quality of the food and I’d call Midtown Public House a must see place in Port Angeles. Don’t let the old and non descript exterior fool you. This is a great place to eat.
There appears to be an attached bar that was pretty busy though we never went in since our parents were with us.
Hope this place stays afloat. I think it’s great.

Here's the short answer: If you like Asian and have a mouth, this is the place for you. The food is a delicacy and afterwards will leave you asking "What will I have next time?"

The korean beef bulgogi tacos were crispy shelled, meaty, tangy, and a hint of acidity wrapped together. Nothing to complain, only a silent table and a scrumptious taco.

The bim bap bowl is a lighter choice however don't be fooled, portions will still fill you up. The flavors are everything you want in a bim bap bowl, only suggestion is a helping of spicy mayo.

The lemongrass chicken Udon... Where to start. The Udon noodles were cooked Al dente perfection, coated with a generous 2/3 spice level that brought out the spice but left the lemon acidity coating your mouth. The aftertaste was sweet and if you ate a piece of chicken with it, an embracing char grazed your taste buds. Accompanied by a crunchy equally charred to perfection helping of Vegetables, the Udon bowl is by far the best dish we've had.

I only wish, we weren't here on vacation to try another dish, another day.

PS: Tell your chefs and servers, and ask management, where's your Michelin star. Having eaten at a few myself, you have the food down and the service down.

PPS: Please put signage on the building, or don't and keep it a hidden gem.

This restaurant was absolutely lovely, service was really great and WOW THE FOOD!! Absolutely have to come back (all the way from Seattle) again very soon to have it again. We had the pork belly appetizer, bulgogi sandwich and Korean spicy fried chicken sandwich. All of the items were AMAZING - I even wanted more of the pork belly with some hot honey for desert… I haven’t really liked belly in the past, not yet available as a desert but I’m hopeful! 🤞😉🥰 I had. A couple lovely drinks, they had a diverse selection of flavored vodka including huckleberry. A must have anytime you’re within an hours drive! They even had a giant chess board to play!
