First Tracts should be your ONLY rental company in Snowshoe. They have a great selection of homes through out the mountain, but Black Bear is certainly the best spot. We have been renting from them since 2010 and have never been disappointed. Every place is very accommodating and ready for the whole family. Make it a point to stop by their office. You will be greeted by the best office manager (April) and there is always a cocktail waiting for you with fresh popcorn and comfortable couches with a big screen if you want to hang out for a bit.

We make it to Snowshoe just about twice a year. For the past 4 years we have rented from First Tracts Real Estate and have nothing but great things to say. Great customer service, and great rental units. They have a wide variety of units available. Whether it's a studio unit for two, or a big house for 18. Our favorite is the Black Bear Crossing Town homes. Excellent location, right on the slopes. They can easily accommodate our big (17 person) groups. We have many friends that use FT Real Estate now, and we'll continue to spread the good word. Keep up the great work and we'll see you in a couple months!

We use First Tracts to book our lodging for family Snowshoe ski trips. April is extremely helpful and one of the hardest working folks our family has ever encountered in our travels. No matter how busy and hectic peak season gets, she always greets us with a friendly smile and helps us in every way she can to have the best vacation possible. We highly recommend First Tracts and Miss April specifically to help you with your Snowshoe mountain real estate needs.

Dave and Pete are wonderful. There's one agent in the business really creating a bad reputation for First Tracts. He almost cost me a deal because he simply didn't want to do his job. If you choose First Tracts, ONLY work with Dave or Pete. They are wonderful people who attempted to make up for the agent I was using. (The agent didn't respond to me for TEN day, didn't collect earnest money, and treated me like my deal was nothing to him) Dave and Pete both reached out to me personally after closing and apologized profusely.

Always accommodating. Excellent stays. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience. The rooms and houses are always clean, fresh, and the hot tubs are well maintained. Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service. We booked Timbers 10 and there's no snow. Do not book through this company as Snowshoe Resort relaxed their cancellation policy and this company refused to do the same. The ski resort is the only reason we were going (and the only reason this company is in business) therefore if Snowshoe Rentals changes their policy then other companies should be following suit.

Snowshoe is one of my favorite mountains to visit ! In the summertime , you can swim in the lake and take the ski lift up and down the mountain . In the winter it comes alive when the fresh powder hits ! Once you go up that winding road , Snowshoe comes alive with boarders , skiers , and make sure you visit the spa !! Also , ski at night !! It is much less crowded and the views are amazing ! Pete from Snowshoe always makes sure I get the right accommodations that fits my families needs at the time !
