I WILL NEVER DINE AT WILDHORSE PASS AGAIN!!!

NOT A AVID GAMBLER I WENT FOR THE FOOD I ALWAYS BRING A CERTIN amount I don't care to loose $40-/+ so I'm not high priority I guess $ wise but I'm still/was still a customer!

Ordered food @ the food court at the casino, when ordering the cashier argued with me about what I ordered.I explained my order exactly how it read on the menu at fat burger.

They didn't make it they made what the cashier decided to punch in & I was charged for what I didn't want.

Received my order & anouced to the same cashier who insisted on helping me,to tell me "Oh well too bad" in her own words.

I asked for management, she left me waiting atleast 45 minute's this place was packed I ate a cold burger & frenchfrys ,acted like what happened was no big deal, I was really furiose at this point & all I said was I need my $ back, & she did she gave me the $ back.

I said to myself who would leave a customer waiting 45minutes who's hungry.then act like the event didn't matter!

She failed to meet good customer service and you're to blaim, I called John the guy over here apparently, john listened to me very unprofessionally laughing as I told him the situation,he told me to come see him,two weeks later I'm here I live in east mesa,so not super close....I'm here now & john has kept me waiting 30minutes as I write this, that is the let down you can expect when you have a complaint about something, NO 1 AT WILD HORSE WILL CARE!

But I hope the customers take this into consideration before they dine, when they mess up your food, & for me my night with my family/parents @ WILD HORSE PASS FATBURGER MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE NO professionalism or accountability!

Great hotel and conference area. Close to the driving school. Indian flute music was fun, but then I heard it in my head for the next 4 months. Hotel resturaunt service was extremely slow.
