Missy Weddle, an Agent with the local and respected Oak and Stone Reality, is the finest Agent I have ever worked with. I have known and worked with many agents in several states, as the owner of a small business that buys, repairs, and upgrades single family homes. I don’t usually review agents but top-drawer agents like Mrs. Weddle are hard to find so I’m passing my experience on. After searching two years for the perfect country getaway home, she landed one for us!

Her honesty, competence, and moral compass passed all the tests we sent at her. Whether buyers, sellers, closing attorneys, brokers, or local government officials, her communication, coordination, negotiations, and “cat herding” skills were welcomely and uniquely very high. With Mrs. Weddle, there is no end to the things she will do to help everyone involved get to the best outcome possible, and even after the closing, she is still there to lend a helping hand. That is unique and comforting.

Like pulling teeth trying to set up a time to see a property. Jessica emailed me back a few times but was out of town. Gave me someone else's number number and said they would forward my email. No email No answer when I called or text. Looking to purchase something ASAP with cash in hand not just casually looking still no response.
