What a fantastic spot! We visited just once and were beyond impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. There was only one server managing the entire restaurant, and she did an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly — truly impressive! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a lot of dishes, and every single one was packed with flavor. Hands down, this is the best restaurant with amazing food and service near Monument Valley. If you're traveling through the area, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Last night after a day of exploring at Monument Valley, my boyfriend and I were starving and looking for food!

The restaurant was super full and for good reason.

I had the Rosemary Chicken, and my BF the Black Bean Soup and Grilled Veggie. To end our meal was the epic Navajo Frybread with cinnamon apples & ice cream ?

Reuben Heflin restaurant is a hidden gem inside the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever been in! The only restaurant open in the area that we could find until 10PM, with amazing selection of Navajo & Western food and great service. Food prices extremely reasonable.

Tonight was totally spoiled! My wife and I got there at 6:30 for dinner. It was full but waited for 30 minutes, which was alright. We got seated and got our menus with several tables empty around us. Right next to us, a couple came in about 15 minutes after us, their orders were taken, delivered, and almost finished before our waitress took our order. At another table, a couple came in long after us and got their meals before us. The meals were good but spoiled by this service. NO SERVICE, NO TIP. That is the 1st time I have ever not left a tip.

We are so glad that we stopped to eat here after visiting Monument Valley. We had fry bread sandwiches/ indian taco and they were fenomenal.....

I had a great experience. The waitresses were very kind and accommodating for my take out order.

The Caesar salad was awesome. The dressing was good and they put just the right amount. The croutons tasted so good and I could really taste the garlic in them which is a plus. I ordered the black bean soup on a whim and it was so tasty! I would get a bowl instead of a cup next time.

I took a star because my husband got the bbq chicken pizza and he said it wasn’t that good.

This restaurant stayed open later than other restaurants which was nice.

Mediocre at best. The fry bread taco was pretty, the guac was not home made, the beans out of a can, same for the salsa, possibly the meat was too, and the actual fry bread was tasteless. The presentation is beautiful! We asked for no onions - got them anyway. Great waitstaff.

This restaurant is in the hotel tugged away in the small town of Kayenta. We had the tacos, their Saturday night special - chicken fried chicken and burger - burger was slightly dry but tacos and fried chicken were ? bread pudding and ice-cream was also a good way to end the night. I would recommend this Navajo traditional restaurant to people passing through.

Very difficult to find ANYTHING on this menu without wheat flour… The menu didn’t say, but the waiter was willing to ask the chef… The bean soup, green chili stew, corn-breaded fish and even the fries contain flour! Finally ended up with the small chicken breast with green chili and cheese off the chicken sandwich (hold the bread and fries) and the potato skins. Expensive for what it was (the descriptions are MUCH fancier than the food) but it tasted ok and hopefully won’t make me sick.
