They were extremely rude when I asked about cleaning one clothing item that had a stain on it. They wouldn't give me any type of estimate over the phone so I had to travel to the shop to get a quote. They were disrespectful while giving me the quote. They also refused to do a spot cleaning without really giving a reason. By far, the worst dry cleaning experience I've had. Would not recommend.

They provide great service. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am from out of town and they were so kind in helping get my items laundered. I would highly recommend them.

Service Dry Cleaners, Inc. cleaned, restored and preserved my beautiful wedding dress for me. They did a fabulous job!!
My dress is over 30 years old. I never got around to having this done.
We are a military family and moved often. With each move, I would take my dress out of the closet and out of the garment back I had it in. I would say every time, 'I really need to have this preserved'...I never did it. Each time I opened the bag, my dress was more yellowed. My dress was expensive and especially so for the early 90's. It is exquisite! It has lace, hand sewn beading and lots of little covered buttons. I thought it was hopeless for it to be restored because of all this but I took a chance.
I'm so glad I did. It's beautiful again!! (It's much whiter than the photo shows. I didn't want to take it out of the box to get a better picture).

These beautiful ladies helped my granddaughter have a beautiful prom . They are wonderful and helped us with a need when we desperately needed it . We can never repay their kindness . I hope the Lord will bless them the way they blessed us . I will always use them for my dry cleaning needs .

I waited 15 minutes after entering (without being helped) before walking out. I need a suit dry cleaned and the employees are sitting behind the counter, talking and staring at me, yet not offering to assist me..What is the point of being in business if you're not going to tend to the customers when they come in?

Iam a otr trucker and broke down in princeton West Virginia and spend a week at the Quality Inn.i needed to wash my clothes and i called service Dry cleaners.the owner personally picked up my clothes.She is an Amazing person.when she delivered my clothes she left me a package and bag i was speechless and couldnt believe it i want to say thank you, you guys are amazing.

Well it's time to eat a some crow. After I posted the review below, I received a phone call from the owner Vicki B the same day. She was very concerned about my review and wanted to find out how my pant got ripped. If it was their fault she needed to fix the problem before other customers clothes were damaged. Also, if it was their fault she would reimburse me for the jeans. She stated that there was a dry cleaning association and she would send the jeans there for examination. Long story short, the jeans ripped because they were old and the fabric was weak. Sounds like me. As for not being told about the problem, she impressed upon her employees that that was not the way they did business. I have had another basket of clothes done since the below review and every thing done correctly & professionally. I will continue to use Service Cleaners as my laundry & dry cleaner with no worry about me and my clothes being treated right. They are definitely a Professional dry cleaning service. Damn, crow tastes terrible.

I was having wash & fold laundry done here. The had trouble matching socks. Then they tore up the bottom of the pant legs on my jeans. They had to see this, but never told me about it. Advise you to check ALL your clothes before you leave. Since they have moved from Mercer street their service has drastically gone down hill.
