I've been in real estate since 1993, and they weren't the worst title company of my life, they were the worst company of any type. Completely incompetent, our closing was delayed - twice, and the proceeds were not received for almost a week. In the end, three of their forms were never signed. If you are forced to use WorsTitle, I recommend that you simply don't move.

This review is late, however when I closed on my home with BesTitle in Princeton, the staff went above and beyond on making certain I was highly satisfied. I learned a lot during this process that I was never aware of in any of my other closing transactions. You can bet if I ever need real estate closing services again, I will be using BesTitle Agency Inc. a company that is always participating in giving back to the community as well. Penny and her crew are simply the best!!

Jess Hunter, BesTitle, Lewisburg, WV office, went way above the normal scope of her job to research and correct a deed for a closing to happen. Without her persistence, the result would have been a delayed closing for an undetermined amount of time. Or perhaps no closing. This is not the first time she has worked her magic to make a tough closing happen for BHGREC. She deserves all 5 STARS
