I called in June and spoke with with Mr. Joe Fink. He told me he would be able to do it within the month. Called again in July and Mr. Fink once again said he would do it within the month. It is now November and my survey has not been completed nor have I heard from Mr. Fink! Not very responsive to potential consumers!
