Highly recommend Salty Smith for any of your inspection needs! Veteran friendly, Dan is extremely professional and thorough and his inspection reports couldn't be any more perfect. The pictures, diagrams, troubleshooting tips, as well as links to local contractors to assist in any necessary repairs are above and beyond my expectations. I have been in construction for many years and completed home inspections myself but I am buying a property sight unseen across country so I reached out to Dan. With his help and professionalism, my wife and I are completely confident in moving forward with this life changing decision. Dan was very thorough and precise throughout the entire home inspection. In his report, he shared exactly what was wrong, what he was referring to, and gave references to whom could fix those issues. He was also very flexible with scheduling in such a timely manner! Even after the inspection, he still will stay in touch if you have any questions about your report. Dan did a great job with the inspection. Very detailed on all aspects with pictures and descriptions for each picture. He answered all questions we had which was a comfort, since we are 200 miles away from the home he inspected for us to purchase. Would definitely recommend to others needing a home inspection.
